Benexia’s ChiaMucil®, a premium, whole-food fiber supplement made from chia seeds, offers a unique blend of soluble and insoluble fibers plus additional nutrients not found in other fiber products.
In addition to fiber, ChiaMucil offers naturally occurring:
- Alpha-linoleic acid (ALA, an essential omega-3 fatty acid)
- High-quality plant protein
- Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
ChiaMucil can also be sweetened naturally with no-calorie, non- nutritive sweeteners such as stevia and is free of added sugars, artificial colors, and flavors.
The recommended intake is two heaping teaspoons up to 3 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

ChiaMucil comes in several natural flavors, including Orange, Cherry, and Lemon Lime.
ChiaMucil contains Benexia® chia fiber, chicory root fiber, citrus natural flavor, citric acid, stevia leaf extract, and natural color.
Place two heaping teaspoons of ChiaMucil into a glass. Add 8 ounces of cool water, mix thoroughly, and enjoy. Chia fiber is 100% natural. Some separation in the glass is normal. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
